I help organizations turn cloud infrastructure and AI into measurable business outcomes — then I build the tools to make it stick.
I started as a field engineer running SCADA teams, moved into investment analysis at Canadian Pacific Railway, and spent six years at Trimac Transportation building a digital function from zero — team, infrastructure, and all.
That arc gave me something rare: I'm equally comfortable in a Kubernetes YAML file and an executive QBR. I don't just advise on cloud strategy — I've owned the P&L, built the team, and shipped the production systems.
Today I work as a Customer Solutions Manager at AWS, helping high-growth companies navigate cloud migration and AI adoption. Alongside that, I'm building WorkflowIQ — an AI-powered workflow discovery tool for regulated manufacturers.
I hold an MBA from McGill, a BASc in Electrical Engineering from Queen's, and AWS GenAI Developer Professional certification (early adopter, March 2026).
Led a three-year infrastructure modernization from vision to delivery — rearchitecting five legacy production workloads into microservices on AWS EKS, establishing CI/CD pipelines, and deploying Amazon Connect and Lex for driver and customer experience.
Co-developed and deployed telematics devices across Trimac's trailer fleet. Built the API integration layer connecting asset tracking data to enterprise customers including Dow Chemical and BASF.
Conceptualized and launched CP's Demand Management program, aligning customer deadlines, willingness-to-pay data, and IT infrastructure to train design and asset purchasing decisions. Owned yield management across Hapag Lloyd, Canadian Tire, Home Depot.
Why transportation companies that treat IoT as a time-bound project leave competitive advantage on the table — and how a product mindset, stakeholder personas, and the Jobs to Be Done framework change the outcome.
How a mental model borrowed from astronomy helped me sequence a three-year cloud transformation at a national fleet carrier — and why the order of operations matters as much as the destination.
How multi-business-unit SaaS companies should organize AI — why hub-and-spoke wins, and why domain data is the real moat.

Current venture
AI-powered workflow discovery and standardization for regulated manufacturers. WorkflowIQ uncovers undocumented processes by analyzing communication patterns — turning tribal knowledge into audit-ready documentation, automatically.
Targeting food & beverage manufacturers navigating SFCR and HACCP compliance in the GTA. Currently in customer discovery.
AI analysis of emails, Slack, and ops logs surfaces undocumented workflows your team runs on autopilot.
Converts discovered workflows into structured SOPs — audit-ready for SFCR and HACCP compliance.
Ongoing SaaS layer flags deviations before they become compliance issues.
Whether you're building something that needs a technical co-pilot, evaluating a senior transformation hire, or exploring WorkflowIQ for your operation — I'd like to hear from you.
Actively exploring senior technology leadership and AWS-aligned roles in Canada and Australia. Also open to early conversations with potential WorkflowIQ customers.
